Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based inpatient physiotherapy assessments and rehabilitation for surgical and medical patients.

• Work collaboratively with nurses, AHPs, and consultants to optimize patient health, mobility, and recovery pathways.

• Maintain active participation in clinical governance, audits, and quality assurance processes to uphold safety standards.

Requirements

• BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with active HCPC registration.

• Proven clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills, supported by ongoing professional development.

• Strong organizational, IT, and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
