Care Assistant (Night)

As a Care Assistant (Night), you will focus on delivering compassionate, person-centered care during night shifts. Working closely alongside your care colleagues, you will monitor resident safety, assist with evening and night-time routines, and uphold each resident's dignity and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Gently support residents with evening personal care, hygiene routines, bedtime preparation, and morning wake-up assistance.

• Perform regular night checks to ensure resident safety, comfort, and immediate care needs are met promptly.

• Maintain accurate care records and effectively hand over relevant updates to the oncoming day team regarding resident well-being.

Requirements

• A caring, dependable, and empathetic approach to supporting individuals within a residential care setting.

• Clear communication skills with full flexibility to work night shift rotas effectively.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Harrogate, UK.
