Apprentice Emerging Talent Coordinator (HR Support Apprenticeship)
Location: Castle Donington, Nottinghamshire (Flexible working options available)
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

As an Apprentice Emerging Talent Coordinator, you will join our Construction team based in Castle Donington to help shape the future of our workforce. Emerging talent is fundamental to the growth and success of Kier Construction, and in this role, you will gain exposure to HR, recruitment, and learning & development while being enrolled onto a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship with Leep Talent.
Maintain emerging talent data, ensuring complete accuracy and generating regular progress reports.
Support onboarding and engagement activities, managing new starter communications and ongoing engagement initiatives.
Assist with apprenticeship programme administration, including training provider liaison and progress monitoring.
Support the successful delivery of Emerging Talent Events, such as inductions, celebration events, and conferences.
Manage the Emerging Talent Teams Channel and Hub, coordinating access, content, and communications.
Hold 4 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
A genuine passion to develop a career in HR, with a special interest in supporting individuals early in their careers to thrive and grow.
Fresh ideas, new perspectives, and an eagerness to help deliver an exceptional experience for participants.
Readiness to dive into specialist knowledge across HR, recruitment, and learning & development.
A full UK driving licence.
