Do you have a flair for boning, cutting, preparing, and flavouring different meats to an impressive standard? If so, we'd love to "meat" you! (Please note: Applicants must be over the school leaver’s age.)
Meat Preparation & Butchery: Prepare meat primals for sale to company specifications—including cutting, pricing, weighing, steaking, dicing, mincing, boning, flavouring, and wrapping—using appropriate equipment safely (such as knives, saws, mallets, and mincing machines).

Approach: A helpful, friendly, and approachable attitude with a passion for going above and beyond.
Work Style: Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
