We are currently recruiting a dedicated Team Leader for Asda’s Bradford store to lead the day-to-day running of the department, support colleagues, and ensure high operational standards are maintained through the night shift.
The Role
In this dynamic full-time leadership role, you will be a go-to person on the shop floor, working closely with your manager to keep the team motivated and focused. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading by example to support colleagues and keep operations running smoothly.
Helping to manage stock levels, oversee tasks, and keep everything on track.
Supporting new starters and helping team members build their skills.
Stepping in to solve problems and deliver the best possible service and high retail standards.

Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Good organizational skills with the ability to juggle tasks and manage priorities.
