You will play a vital role in supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants in collaboration with the Deputy General Manager. Furthermore, you will support the clinical team with key responsibilities such as medication management, conducting assessments, and maintaining detailed care plans. About You
To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you will need:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Expertise: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Character: A warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed approach to delivering individualised support.
