Supportive Bridge is recruiting on behalf of Five Rivers Child Care Ltd for a Supervising Social Worker to join their fostering service supporting carers across Lincolnshire, based in Doncaster, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to support foster carers and help improve outcomes for children and young people. You will work within a trauma-informed fostering service, managing a realistic caseload while providing supervision, guidance, and ongoing support to foster families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide supervision and ongoing support to foster carers.
Manage a caseload and deliver high-quality social work services.
Complete assessments and contribute to care planning.
Support foster carer recruitment and participation events.
Work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies.
Travel within the region to carry out visits and meetings.

Requirements

Qualified Social Worker with a recognised social work qualification.
Registration with Social Work England.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
Experience in fostering or children's social care is desirable.
