Live-In Care Assistant (Complex Care)
Locations: Crawley, Croydon, Haywards Heath, and Redhill (One-to-one home care)
Schedule: Rotational live-in pattern (typically 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off — equating to 26 weeks a year)
Pay Rate: Daily rates up to £165 (weekly pay up to £1,155, with an estimated annual earning of up to £30,030)

What You Will Do
Provide dedicated one-to-one live-in support, assisting with approximately 11 hours of care throughout the day.
Deliver specialist nurse-led care in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, helping clients with complex needs remain safe and independent at home.
Build a trusted, meaningful relationship with your client, ensuring their daily routines, comfort, and personal wellbeing are fully supported.
