Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is actively recruiting for Bedborough House, a warm and welcoming residential service nestled in a peaceful residential area of Radstock, Somerset. Surrounded by beautiful countryside views, this specialized home supports seven autistic individuals and adults with learning disabilities. Our mission is to provide person-centered support that builds daily living skills, promotes active community access, and vastly improves our residents’ overall quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a core member of a compassionate onsite care team, you will be dedicated to the ongoing wellbeing and progress of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Person-Centered Support: Assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual, tailored care plans.
Skill Building: Helping residents develop vital daily living skills and confidence, both inside the home and out in the local community.
Therapeutic Engagement: Utilizing proven therapies and routine activities to ensure the treatment, dignity, and wellbeing of every individual.
