At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently recruiting dedicated Bank Care Assistants on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the care team at Lotus Manor Care Home in Woking.

In this rewarding, flexible position, you will support residents with their daily living routines, providing dignified personal care, assistance with meals and hydration, and uplifting companionship. Every shift offers variety and purpose—whether you are following individual care plans, assisting with daily tasks, or spending dedicated one-on-one time sharing stories and creating positive memories with residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Person-Centered Care: Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines in line with individual care plans.

• Nutrition & Hydration: Assist residents with meals and drinks during dining hours and throughout your shift.

• Warm Companionship: Build respectful, friendly relationships with residents, ensuring everyone receives individual attention and emotional reassurance.

• Flexible Coverage: Pick up day or night shifts on a casual basis to provide key operational cover for staff annual leave, sickness, or peak care needs.

About You

• Experience: Prior experience caring for older individuals (in a professional care setting or personal capacity).

• Key Strengths: Excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and a proactive "can-do" approach.
