Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise shifts, delegating tasks effectively to care staff while supporting residents' daily living needs.
Manage resident case plans, conduct risk assessments, and safely administer and record medications.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and care home leadership to continuously refine resident care services.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience) with proven shift leadership skills.
Proficient in care planning, risk assessments, and medication management protocols.
Strong organizational, IT, and communication skills paired with a caring and compassionate attitude.
