About this role
Avery Healthcare is recruiting a part-time Wellbeing and Activities Assistant / Minibus Driver at Birchmere Mews Care Home on Warwick Road, Knowle, Solihull (B93), near Birmingham.
What you will do:
- Support the Wellbeing Coordinator to run activities that keep residents physically, mentally and socially active
- Report any change in a resident's physical or emotional condition to the right person
- Help order and prepare supplies for activities
- Build links with local schools, faith groups, museums and libraries

- A clean driving licence and the ability to drive a minibus
- Good spoken and written communication
- A positive attitude to older people and a commitment to quality activities
- Previous work with older people in a residential, nursing or dementia setting
