About the Role
As a Residential Senior Night Carer, you will play a pivotal role in leading shift teams and delivering the highest quality of care to residents during the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise care staff, delegating duties effectively during night shifts.
Medication Management: Administer, manage, and order resident medications accurately.
Care Planning: Review and update individualized care plans and risk assessments.
Multidisciplinary Liaison: Communicate and collaborate with GPs, district nursing teams, and family members.
Person-Centred Care: Uphold the dignity, preferences, and wellbeing of residents, maintaining a warm and supportive home environment.

Requirements:
Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Proven experience in a residential care setting with demonstrated leadership skills.
Skills: Strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and empathy.
