Are you passionate about retail, thriving in a high-energy setting, and ready to take charge on the shop floor? Acting as Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with B&M to recruit a dynamic and hands-on Floor Manager for their Cathedral Lanes store in Coventry.
In this vital leadership role as part of the store management team, no two days are the same. You will take ownership of the shop floor, driving performance, motivating your team, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who walks through the doors.
Key Responsibilities
Shop Floor Leadership: Take charge of the sales floor, ensuring pristine store standards and happy customers.
Team Motivation: Lead, energize, and support colleagues to perform at their absolute best through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
Performance & Sales: Drive sales and KPIs while identifying opportunities to elevate overall store performance.
