Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Contract Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Includes alternate weekends)

About the Role

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a clean, safe, and comforting space for others? We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join the family at The Manor, a 74-bedded residential, nursing, and dementia care home in Edinburgh.

In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the home, ensuring our residents live in an environment that truly feels like home.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all areas of the home clean, tidy, and impeccably maintained.

• Follow strict cleaning schedules and health and safety protocols.

• Work collaboratively with the wider care and support team to meet all regulatory standards.

• Build positive, friendly relationships with residents and colleagues, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a healthcare or residential setting.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• The ability to work independently as well as harmoniously within a team.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for enhancing the daily lives of residents.
