Bank Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with essential daily activities, including personal care routines and mealtime support, while promoting independence.

• Help identify resident goals to successfully deliver individualised care plans tailored to personal needs.

• Encourage residents to participate in physical health exercises and explore new interests in a warm, motivating environment.

• Strong team-working abilities and effective interpersonal communication skills.
