As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your focus will be to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining, keeping individual dietary requirements in mind.
Ensure that dining tables are beautifully set in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Keep the front of house clean, tidy, and well-presented, clearing away dirty crockery and replenishing items throughout the day.
Ensure fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods, and fresh fruit options are accessible and replenished in the bistro areas throughout the day.

Experience: Experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel is highly desirable, alongside high standards of personal hygiene.
Qualifications: A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
